HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Festival Fees are $350 per performing student and $250 per individual (family, parents, etc.) Full Festival Package rates are based on the Room/Ticket packages you select. Please contact us to receive a quote for your group.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Any performing arts group, whether theatre companies, community theatres, k-12 public schools, theatre clubs, private schools, show choirs, homeschool groups, or dance studios.

WILL WE BE ABLE TO WATCH OTHER GROUPS?
Due to the theater's capacity limits, groups will not be able to watch all of the performing groups, but may be able to view some.

WILL WE BE ABLE TO GO TO THE PARKS?
Yes! By purchasing the required package, your group will be able to enjoy the Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Parks. We have carefully scheduled in free time for your group and we encourage everyone to have a great time in the parks. You will also have the option to extend your stay for extra magic time!

WHAT ARE THE AGE LIMITS?
All performers should be the minimum age required (7) by the date of the performance or activity. Proof of age may be requested to ensure the performer meets this requirement. Students must be 19 or younger to participate. Outgoing seniors are welcome to compete.

CAN OUR GROUP STAY OFF-SITE OR OUTSIDE THE FESTIVAL RESORT?
Every participating group must stay at a designated Festival resort at Walt Disney World® Resort. Among the many perks of staying at the Festival resort, transportation to the festival events require your group to be on Walt Disney World® Resort property. Staying off property would hinder your group from getting to the Festival events. *If your group is local to Orlando, please message us.*

WHICH RESORT WILL WE BE STAYING AT?
Festival groups will be assigned to one of the Disney Value resorts, which could include Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort®, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort®, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort®, or Disney’s Pop Century Resort®.

MY GROUP WOULD LIKE TO STAY AT A MODERATE OR DELUXE RESORT. IS THAT A POSSIBILITY?
Yes! If you and your group are interested in one of Disney's Moderate or Deluxe resorts, please email santana@magicfestusa.com to receive a quote for one of these resorts.
Moderate resorts can include Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort®, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort®, Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort®, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort®.
Deluxe resorts can include Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge®, Disney's Beach Club Resort®, Disney's BoardWalk Inn®, Disney's Contemporary Resort®, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa®, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort®, Disney's Wilderness Lodge®, and Disney's Yacht Club Resort®.

CAN MY GROUP BUY TICKETS FOR THE FESTIVAL WHEN WE GET THERE?
No, tickets/wristbands can not be sold at the door. Seating and space is limited so please plan accordingly.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING WHEN WE REGISTER? IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?
Nope! We will create a payment plan and deadline timeline for your group based on your information and needs. You do not have to pay for everything when registering.
For this first year, we are not requiring a registration fee for groups that register before November 5th. After this date, registration is $250 per group.

WHEN IS EVERYTHING DUE?
A $200 per person deposit is due December 5th, 2025. Deadline for final payments is April 5th, 2026.
After your register, you will receive a quote based on your information given on the Registration Form. A sample payment schedule will be included.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OF PERFORMERS?
Each group is required to purchase a minimum of 15 packages total. This number can include students, chaperones, directors, and any additional family and friends.

WHAT TYPE OF MUSICALS CAN MY GROUP PERFORM?
Group categories include Musical Theatre Production, Musical Revue/Medley, and Showtune & Screen. Each Director has the responsibility for obtaining any necessary licensing for their show or music.
We want to establish a family-friendly environment at Magic Fest. When selecting your showcase piece, please be mindful that young ears will be in the audience. We highly encourage PG types of material.

DO WE NEED COSTUMES, SCENERY OR PROPS FOR OUR PERFORMANCE?
No! Costumes, scenery and props are not allowed for group performances. We recommend that your students perform in matching t-shirts, black bottoms, or similar. If you have questions about your group's performance attire, please email the festival director.

DOES EVERY PERSON IN MY GROUP HAVE TO CHOOSE THE SAME PACKAGE?
While it is recommended for everyone in your group to have the same package for ease of booking, your individual families do have the option to customize their trip according to their preferences. The Director/Point Of Contact will just need to note all of the variations when sending in the final counts and rooming list. Please note that there is a minimum of a 2-Night stay and a 2-Day Base Ticket for every person attending the festival.

I DON'T HAVE MY EXACT NUMBERS YET. SHOULD I STILL REGISTER?
Yes! We highly encourage you to go ahead and register with an estimated number of students and families. We are accepting a limited amount of groups for this first year, so don't wait to reserve your spot!​​
